A Song for Every Moon
Bruno Major crafted the album A Song for Every Moon in which he released a song every full moon for one year. The songs evoke feelings of tenderness, nostalgia and longing that creates an introspective listening experience. My goal with this project is to create a visual counterpart for each song that emulates the same emotions. By listening to the songs while shooting at night, I aim to capture subjects that you can either relate to or understand their stories. Sharp colors and tones, as well as shallow depth of field, are the main things I focus on.
I shared these photos on Twitter and Bruno followed me, retweeted them and met me after his concert in Atlanta.
